Abstract
During the development of digital museum applications, a large amount of existing and increasing digital contents are needed to be preserved, management, organized and recreated to form multiplayer knowledge databases for supporting diversity applications. In this paper, we apply Resource Description Framework (RDF) schemas for representing the knowledge content spectrum from digital objects to knowledge packages and specifying the hierarchy and presentation structure for knowledge content. Finally, we implement a knowledge database information system to achieve the construction, management, publish and accessing functions for the knowledge content based on a java-based and XML-based distributed and automatic generating mechanism.
