BIO:
Kris Wetterlund has over ten years of experience as an art museum
educator with a specialty in connecting K-12 educators with art
museums. Wetterlund was the Director of Education at the Minnesota
Museum of American Art and more recently designed, implemented and
managed a Minnesota-wide teacher training program for ArtsConnectEd.
Wetterlund has received a number of awards for her work including the
Art Educators of Minnesota's Exceptional Service award and an AAM
MUSE award for her work in developing The Minneapolis Institute of
Art's online educational unit Get the Picture: Thinking about
Photographs
