Shih-Kun Huang received his B. S., M. S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Chiao Tung University (Hsinchu, Taiwan) in 1989, 1991 and 1996. respectively. Since then he joined the Institute of Information Science as an assistant research fellow.
His research areas include Object-oriented Technology and Network Security.
