Confirmation

Registration is valid upon receipt of a confirmation letter from the Secretariat. Please present this confirmation letter at the registration counter to receive your congress pack.

 

Cancellation Policy

The Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. Please send hard copy to the Secretariat or fax your letter to: +886-2-2782-4814. An e-mail copy can be sent simultaneously to ensure timely notification. Cancellations must be received before 10/05. All refund will be processed after the meeting is over.

 

Payment Policy

A payment is made if and only if the payment has been made by valid credit card (Visa, Master, or JCB) by faxing the signed payment form to the ICDAT conference secretariat.
