Video Archiving and Processing of Cell Images and Systems Genomics

A recent research project on VIACIDAA (Video and Image Archive of
Cell Imaging for Data Analysis and Annotation) will be presented.
Imaging of living cells by microscopy  is a new technology to study 
systems biology and nanobiology, We will discuss some tracking 
algorithms and the online archving/processing issues. Another 
multi-modal imaging technology for high throughput genomic
sequencing will be presented. These research problems will need
intricate classification schemes. We will discuss some plausible 
improvements and open questions.
