It is based on my past 25 years of experience & accomplishments in 
academia and industries in the fields of computer and information 
science, including computer vision, pattern recognition, 
artificial intelligence and multimedia signal processing. It has 
been successfully presented and warmly received at 
IEEE-SMC2007(Montreal), IEEE-BIBE2007 (Harvard Medical), 
IEEE-WAPR2007(Beijing),and other international representations 
including IEEE-IAS2007 (Manchsester, UK) and AIA2007 (Innsbruck, 
Austria). In IEEE-IAS2007 and eForensics 2008, Adelaide, 
Australia, I was invited to give both a keynote speech and tutorial. 
Further, the tutorial I gave at IEEE-SMC2007 was the only one 
succesfully went through among 8 proposed,  all other 7 were 
cancelled due to lack of attendees, might I add. I also gained
international recognition as one top leading experts in 
PR/AI/Cybernectics fields as evidenced 
by Distinguished Awards  received at BIBE2007, AIA2007, WorldComp 
2007, and IAPR Fellow.
