Change Computer Password
To change YP/SAMBA password, please connect to https://iiswww.iis.sinica.edu.tw/CCS/ChangePassword/
To change IC card password, please connect to

Everyone has one account and two passwords, one for NIS/YP, and the other for Samba.
- NIS/YP password
NIS/YP provides services such as email (SMTP、SMTPs、POP3、POP3s、IMAP、IMAPs), workstation (ccs1、ccs2、mail), and web services in "internal affairs" section.
- Samba password
Samba provides services including MS/Windows network neighborhood, public printers, dial-up Internet access, and VPN.
When you first receive your account, the staff in the computer center will give you a default password. Please change your password at https://iiswww.iis.sinica.edu.tw:8443/webapps/AccountManagement/individual/changePwd.html. The password must have at least 6 characters.
Change IC card Password
For the contactless IC card, you can also change the password online. The password must be a 4-digit number. Please go to https://iiswww.iis.sinica.edu.tw/CCS/ICcard for further information.
