In this paper, we propose a method for enhancing the security of Abdalla and
Reyzin¡¦s forward secure signature scheme by introducing a backward-secure detection.
In the proposed method, we employed the hash chain technique in the forward-secure
signature scheme. With this, we can achieve not only forward security but also backward
security for digital signatures.
