Yi-Ching Chen joined the Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica as a postdoctoral fellow in July 2010. She received her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2010. Her research interests include sequence comparison, interconnection network, graph theory and computational genomics. She is a member of Phi Tau Phi.
