        Ching-Ju Lin (Kate) received the B.S. degree in Computer Science, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in Graduate Institute of Networking and Multimedia, National Taiwan University, Taiwan, R.O.C, in 2009. She wes a member of Networking Group, Communications and Multimedia Lab (CMLab) when she was a Ph.D student working on network resource allocation and multimedia distributed systems with Prof. Cheng-Fu Chou. From Mar. 2007 to Mar. 2008, she also visited CSAIL, MIT as a visiting scholar, and worked on wireless systems with Prof. Dina Katabi. She joined the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation at Academia Sinica as a postdoctoral fellow in Jul. 2009.
