I just went to your page to do another check but the page tells me that the
manuscript has been "implicitly approved". My co-author, Daniel J. Bernstein
says that he had uploaded comments, so it should certainly not be in an
_approved_ state. Furthermore, it now still is less than 72h after your email
sending us the link. I would also like to point out that the emal was malformed
(see below) and came 4 days after the announced time, (26 Nov instead of 22
Nov). These, and the timely comments from Bernstein, should be enough to grant
an extension, but mot importantly, the errors need to be fixed. So, please send
us an updated version.

This email covers the same issues submitted through the form and adds
information, just in case your system really didn't register our complaints.

Author information:
My primary affiliation is Eindhoven University of Technology; Academia Sinica
is only a secondary affiliation. Hence, we had correctly put {3,2} next to my
name. This got changed to {2,3} in the paper and the metadata lists them in the
worng order of priority.
The locations of displaying the email addresses got changed, also indicating
falsely indicatig Academia Sinica as my main affiliation.
I'm attaching our version to show that it was correct.
If your system cannot handle a {3,2} then please change the order of the
institutions to
1 UIC
2 TUE
3 AS
so that Bernstein ends up with {1,3}, I end up woth {2,3} and Pellegrini with
{2}. Please algin Pellegrini's and my email address with TUE.

The use of "et al." in the author line at the top of pages is unacceptable. All
author names fit.
Put "Daniel J. Bernstein, Tanja Lange, and Alex Pellegrini" in the header on
the left pages.

Table 1 is a very important table for this paper and we had ensured that it was
prominently visible on the top of a page. In your version it apppears in the
iddle of the text, right after the meniton, as if we didn't understand how to
use latex properly. I understand that forr displaying the paper on the Springer
link webpage the concept of page does not exist, but for the printed version
and the rendering in pdf it does, so please reinstate the prominent posiiton
that it had.

The same applies for Table 2.

Your editors removed chronological information, and information of what
relevance we give to the papers we cite, by changing how tations appear in the
text. E.g.
"see [10], [5], [11], and [6]" is in chronological order and in the order in
which the interested reader should consume these papers. This got changed to
"see [5, 10, 11], and [6]"
which is giving fale priority to [5]. This is just one example and I fear that
this was some manual process an editor went through, but that means that this
editor now has to go through the manual proecess to revert this.
I strongly hope that this is not part of your editing guidelines, but if it is,
please remove it. Authors know the works they are citing and we certainly are
able to put numbers in increasing orders if we wanted to, hence, you should
assume that there is meaning in the ordering and not change it.

The same comment applies to "[42], [27], [20], and [19]".

In Section 7.4, "in Sage" is improperly indented, it is the ending of the
sentence after the display of a code snippet.

It is absolutely inacceptable to truncate the list of authors in the
bibliography. Author names in mathematical publications are conventionally
listed in alphabetical order, making it unethical to specifically broadcast a
"lead" author's name.
This applies to publications {1], [2], and [3], which, as you can see, are
ordered alphabeticaly, but I can assure you that Bernstein and me did our fair
share of work for [2] and should get that work acknowledged. Besides the issue
of academic credit, the list of authors is also important to judge the level of
independence of a publication. If we were to portrait [2] in a more favorable
light than [1] or [3] the reader should be able to see that our judgement might
be biased due to involvement in [2].
I hope this explains why this is a really important issue. If your database has
lost the information on the authors this must be fixed at the root and for all
papers that link to it, not just for those few where the authors take the time
to drag themselves through comparing the bibliography entries.

There is also an "et a;." in the list of editors of [10].

Since you're editing the file again anyways, we would kindly ask to fix two
typos that we noticed in reviewing the proof.

* Please also insert a semicolon at the end of 3(b) in Algorithm 4.

* Please change "c_{ab}" to "C_{ab}" in [8]

Looking forward to hearing back from you
