華德福教育體系是以奧地利教育哲學家魯道夫•史代納所創的人智學為基礎，結合人類學，發展心理、生理學而創立，他強調教育應是對人類〝身(body)、心(soul)、靈(spirit)〞三方的發展，結合華德福教育最終目的是盡可能地使學生能獲得自由以及抉擇的能力，並透過生命成為一個能理解「個人道路」的成熟個體。<br>

一、晨頌:<br>
對七歲前的孩子，環境型態「圓」是最適合的，「圓」溫柔的圍著孩 子，有安定心靈作用，每天早晨孩子從晨頌圍圈中展開一天，共同唱著季節的歌曲、詩句、舞蹈，在日復一日的重覆與節奏中，孩子感知到自己與自然、他人、世界本質意涵。<br>
二、說故事<br>
世界對孩子而言仍是模糊，因孩子意識尚未完全醒覺。孩子不應該被太多知識或技巧所驚嚇，以故事讓孩子認識世界，柔和現實功利世界對意識的迫害。孩子創造出自己的圖像思想，心靈則能自由接收圖像，不會剝奪孩子的心靈想像奧秘。<br>
三、自由創意遊戲<br>
孩子身體像似「感覺器官」，將內在主動的意志力由感官將週遭環境，所見所聞模仿進入身體中儲存，然後再透過意志力展現在遊戲上。遊戲是孩子意志力自主動，大人並不為遊戲訂定主題，以自己的情感想像呈現「活生生」的遊戲主題。<br>
四、潔淨日<br>
喚醒0∼7歲孩子的內在需求〝意志力 〞，每星期固定時間引導孩子們進入環境潔淨，孩子們共同整理教室內的玩具、櫃子、椅子、桌子、鞋櫃、玻璃窗、地板及洗淨美麗的布。工作中的孩子四肢充滿專注，心靈流露愉悅神情，因為內在意志開啟孩子得到內在真正的滿足。<br>
五、濕水彩畫<br>
讓孩子有純色彩經驗的水彩畫，透過畫紙與水的交互作用，色彩所產生的重疊色彩或色彩的波流，對特別聰明或過於早熟的孩子是很好的平衡，他們往往稜角太分明、太僵化，而水彩畫交融的柔軟正好可以做調和的工作；純色彩經驗的水彩畫活動可以波動孩子們的心，使他們的心能逐漸地甦醒不是匆忙被催促長大，相對幫助掌握自己的身體，使感官和四肢能更敏捷。<br>
六、蜂蜜蠟捏塑<br>
活動前老師先將蜂蜜蠟揉成小圓球，放在漂亮的小籃子中，以誠懇、敬虔的態度交給孩子，蜂蜜蠟是蜜蜂在陽光下辛苦工作得到珍貴的賞賜品，孩子們拿到會先聞一聞花的香味，孩子溫暖的手緊緊的握著蜂蜜蠟，它吸收了皮膚的熱度後變軟了；此時孩子的血液會活躍起來，並開始發揮想像力，栩栩如生的影像會一一地湧現。蜜蠟中所潛藏的治癒能力，不僅可感受到對孩子意志力的影響，也可感受到感情的氣氛在發揮作用，同時也學會心靈美德─敬虔、愛、責任對待人事物。<br>

一、感謝的心<br>
七歲前在感情方面重要的是培養敬虔的美德，幼兒時期若能養成感謝的心是最理想的。人類為了使自己更富足，便從外在環境取用，加入自己的生活中，但若不能對由外而來的東西心懷感謝、尊敬，便無法真正使外來的東西內化為自己的。這不管是對形成身體養分的食物，或頭腦中運作的知識都是相同的道理。「感謝」或「敬虔」是人類與外面世界取得關聯的重要感情。<br>
二、慶典 <br>
慶典對孩子成長扮演重要角色，慶典是文化的精髓表現，帶領孩子體驗每一個慶典特殊時光，去接觸季節的韻律及深層生活奧秘，它包含慶典事前預備、當天慶典儀式、精神意義...等。慶典的經驗隨著每年春耕、夏耘、秋收、冬藏四時轉動而逐漸儲藏在生命形成記憶，文化傳承自然而然展開運作。<br>
三、活生生的外語<br>
「喜愛語言」是學習外語最重要的關鍵，語言是要被「說」的，人們正式學習母語之前，已經會聽及說，幼兒時期即透過他人說話和重複說，以直覺理解母語及意義。老師以熱情、溫暖，透過「說」在生活中與幼兒相處，並讓幼兒透過節氣輪動經驗四時變化，學習季節、歌曲、詩句、故事、戲劇、律動，這就是活生生的語言學習，也學習到語言文化精神意涵。<br>
