<li><strong>每年都有數以萬計的網友成為網路詐騙案的受害者。認出它們就是最有效的防禦手段！</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>雲端資安防護廠商－<a href="http://www.pandasecurity.com/">Panda防毒軟體公司</a>的反惡意軟體實驗室（<a href="http://www.pandalabs.com/">Panda實驗室</a>），最近發表近幾年流傳最廣的網路詐騙案例。這些仍在傳播中的壞把戲，往往只有「詐騙金錢」一個目的，金額則從$500美元到上萬美元不等。</p>
<p>基本上，這些詐騙案都有著相同的犯罪模式。首先，網路罪犯會透過電子郵件或社群網站來送出一份合作規範，要求心動的網友必須透過電子郵件、電話、傳真等方式來給予回覆。而一旦有人上鉤，網路罪犯就會進一步試著贏取他們的信任，最後藉著某種理由來叫網友吐出錢來。</p>
<p><a href="http://www.pandalabs.com/">Panda實驗室</a>的技術經理Luis Corrons表示：「就像所有的經典詐騙案都比網路還早出現一樣，很多遭人詐騙而損失金錢的民眾都羞於伸張這樣的罪行。而如果以前遺失的金錢都已經很難找回來的話，在這個能夠隱匿罪犯蹤跡的網路世代就會變得更加困難了。因此，最有效的防禦手段就是學習辨認這些詐騙手法，以避免落入它們的陷阱。」</p>
<p><a href="http://www.pandalabs.com/">Panda實驗室</a>列出10年來最為人津津樂道的網路詐騙案例。以下根據流傳廣度和知名度進行排名：</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>奈及利亞詐騙手法：</strong>這是最先出現在網路上的詐騙手法，至今仍廣受網路罪犯的歡迎。一封天外飛來的電子郵件會請你幫忙，好獲得存放在海外的一大筆資金（地點通常是在奈及利亞，因而得名）。如果你選擇幫忙的話，就能獲得豐厚的獎勵金。然而，對方會要求你先轉出$1,000美元來幫忙支付手續費用。一旦你照辦之後，雙方的協議內容就會失效，而你的錢也會從此消失。<br />
</li>
<li><strong>大樂透：</strong>基本上，這種手法跟Nigerian詐騙手法非常雷同。一封天外飛來的電子郵件會宣稱你是大樂透的贏家，要求你填入資料好把樂透獎金轉帳過來。然而，就跟以往的詐騙案一樣，對方都會要求受害者事先轉出$1,000美元的手續費用。 <br />

<li><strong>夢中情人：</strong>某位來自俄羅斯的妙齡女子，突然發現了你的電子信箱，並且急著想要造訪你的國家。她瘋狂愛上了你，發狂似地想跟你見面，但是首先要解決的問題卻是機票錢或卡債（奇怪的是，這筆費用大多在$1,000美元上下）。然而，一旦你照辦之後，妙齡女子就會帶著你的錢遠走高飛，讓你欲哭無淚。 <br />
</li>
<li><strong>好康工作上門。</strong>這是一封國外公司尋找財務經紀人的電子郵件，裡面提到工作內容非常簡單，可以在家工作，而且每天只要工作3到4個小時就能獲得$3,000美元日薪。如果你接受這份工作的話，就要繳交個人帳戶資料，並且幫忙網路罪犯從竊取而來的銀行帳戶中偷走金錢。薪水會直接轉入你的戶頭裡面，之後對方會要求你透過西聯銀行將錢領出。這種工作的職稱是「錢驢」；就因為「錢驢」會在詐騙過程中獲得部份利益，所以當警察揪出網路罪犯的時候，「錢驢」會被視為共犯並且定罪。 <br />
</li>
<li><strong>Facebook / Hotmail</strong><strong>：</strong>一旦網路罪犯竊取到Facebook、Hotmail等網站的帳密資料，就會進行帳密資料的竄改，好讓真正的使用者永遠無法登入自己的帳戶。之後，網路罪犯就會把「帳戶主人去休假（倫敦是熱門地點），卻不幸地在回家途中被綁架」的訊息寄給所有聯絡人。要解救帳戶主人的話，就要幫他支付$500到$1,000美元的住宿費用。 <br />

<li><strong>補償心理。</strong>這是相當新穎的騙術，手法也是源自於Nigerian詐騙手法。一封天外飛來的電子郵件會宣稱要補償遭到Nigerian詐騙手法所害的網友，然後把你的電子信箱列在受害者名單裡面。補償金額大約是$100萬美元，但通常都會要你預先支付$1,000美元的手續費用。 <br />

<li><strong>美麗的錯誤：</strong>或許是因為經濟危機期間，房子、車子等商品特別難賣，所以這種詐騙手法才會在最近幾個月特別熱門。它的詐騙過程是這樣：詐騙者會鎖定賣家張貼的分類廣告，不管賣什麼東西詐騙者都會同意購買，並且很快就把支票寄出來，然而支票數字卻總是高於合約金額。之後，詐騙者就會要求賣家把超額的部份歸還，接下來支票會跳票、房子依舊待價而估，賣家也因此損失了大筆金錢。</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>要是我已經身陷這些詐騙案的話，應該怎麼解危呢？</strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p>沒意識到這些犯罪手法是很正常的，畢竟我們都有可能中大樂透或在網路上面找到真愛不是嗎？以下是我們提供一些實用小技巧，希望能幫助大家免於受害：</p>
<p>**安裝一套優秀的防毒軟體來過濾惱人的垃圾郵件。現在大多數的防毒軟體都能夠偵測並過濾垃圾郵件了，這將能幫助你對類似的惡意訊息有所警惕。</p>
<p>**常識，是你對付詐騙案件的最佳夥伴。天下沒有白吃的午餐，而網路一見鍾情幾乎只存在於小說故事裡面。一個不錯的應對方法是，從一開始就對合作內容保持高度的懷疑。</p>
<p>**網路在許多方面都有絕佳的便利性，然而在你想要賣東西的時候，最好還是親眼看到買家比較保險。因此，即使買賣雙方在網路上達成了合作協議，最好還是能夠回到現實世界來進行商品交易，以驗證買家是否具有真正的購買意圖。</p>
