<br><br>To Chinese countrymen all over the world, <br><br> It is well known worldwide that Dr.Xi and Sherry Chen have been charged and indicted for suspicion of spy or espionage by FBI. And we all know it is proved to be fabricated charges and they are innocent indeed. Although they have been released, their life, family and careers have suffered from severely strike. And their future remains on a knife edge. Whereas, my suffering of the similar suspicion as spy or espionage is another sort of more concealed tactic and horrifying mean employed by FBI to harass and politically prosecute against Chinese. It straightly inherits from the illegal tactics of FBI for political prosecution in McCarthism era of the last century. And with the way to implicate the whole family, the political prosecution and harassment have been extended towards my wife and my eight-year-old child …

<br><br> 从Colin的书中，我了解到，历史上FBI实行的是一种无情打击的策略（参见《历史上的九大冤案》，Colin Evans，" Great Feuds in History: Ten of the Liveliest Disputes Ever"，Wiley，2001）。特工和情报人员不仅要刺探有关目标的情报，还要负责弄糟搞乱他们的生活，骚扰的具体手段可谓多种多样：强行闯入生活或办公场所，故意破坏，大陪审团传讯，误抓误捕，以及威胁使用暴力，煽动暴力或直接采取暴力行动。于是政治活动家们发现自己突然之间竟然沦落到了失去工作或被扫地出门的境地。这完全是一种恐怖主义行径。这种行径曾经多次发展到非常残忍的地步。积极参加民权运动的白人女演员吉恩塞博格（<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean_Seberg">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean_Seberg</a>）怀孕以后，FBI就开始恶毒地在报上散步谣言说让她怀孕的!
是一名黑豹党党徒。这种无中生有的恶毒中伤给塞博格造成了巨大的心理压力，最终导致了她的流产和自杀。
<br><br> 在麦卡锡时代，有很多这样典型的例子，他们用恐吓和迫害的手段对付卓别林；他们试图收集爱因斯坦的负面材料，目的是要撤销爱因斯坦的美国公民身份，并将他逐出美国（ How the F.B.I. Tracked Einstein, New York Times, May, 2002，<a href="http://chinarenweb.com/news_view.php?_type=news&_id=130147">http://chinarenweb.com/news_view.php?_type=news&_id=130147</a>），而全然不顾这位科学家对美国国家利益的正面作用，也不考虑迫害这位移民美国的科学家给美国民主政治形象的巨大杀伤力。FBI的秘密档案表明，爱因斯坦被污蔑成是共产党人和无政府主义者“公认的世界领袖”，报告甚至说：“和阿尔伯特•爱因斯坦有牵连的无政府共产主义国际团体多如过江之鲫，即使斯大林本人也望尘莫及。”爱因斯坦一直在暗中被FBI纠缠着，直到1955年因病逝世。在麦卡锡时代!
他们同样地迫害了很多无辜的美国人，以至于最后人民忍无可忍，走上街头，通过大规模的游行示威，终于驱逐了麦卡锡主义而终止了这种肆意的政治迫害。
<br><br> 正如七十年代丘奇国会特别调查委员会（Church Committee）对FBI和COINTELPRO调查后所言（<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COINTELPRO">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COINTELPRO</a>），涉及的团体和个人因为他们的政治观点，社会信仰和社会方式，被攻击，控制，骚扰和摧毁。调查的发起是基于很模糊的标准，这就不可避免地造成调查范围过度广泛。这其中一些丑恶的，有害的，恶意的手段被广泛地采用了，比如意图破坏婚姻的匿名信，干扰开会，把受害者排除出他的专业领域，激怒目标群体，造成会引发死亡事件的对抗。

<br><br> FBI 对我的迫害和骚扰，特别是或真或假的生命威胁，其实反映了他们也毫不把他们自己国民的安全视为自己的责任，因为我们知道，有成千上万的美国公民正对等地居住在中国工作学习，作为侨民，他们其实和我一样。FBI在自己国土无端威胁他国侨民的安全，从而肆意伤害他国人民的感情，只会置他们自己的侨民一样于危险中。

I have not been arrested or charged, as my attorneys all agreed that it’s baseless to regard my case as crime of spy or stealing trade.
<br><br> However, my life and employment have been completely ruined. I lost every job soon I found a new one. I have been suffering from harassment, sabotage and intimidation from residence, working place, store, everywhere. In recently weeks, after I lost my job again a few weeks ago, the harassment from FBI turned towards my wife, cause the crisis of her job. My wife has been working for American Express for 10 years. She has got excellent performance rating every year, and outstanding rating some years particular for top 10% employees. She graduated from Peking University and U!
C. Berkley. Now she is falling into job crisis due to pressures towards her supervisors from FBI agents. That is, in order to strike me, the FBI agents, in their own country, are even hurting two American people, one is lady and the other is an eight-years-old child.
