【摘要】<br />
  通過雲端運算,IoT、AI和多樣化的情報會在瞬時間飛梭,連汽車也逐漸開始在情報交換的手段中佔有重要的地位。這些技術皆是由驅使著最先端半導體的電子機器所支撐著。肩負最先端電子的次世代半導體,以可達到高機能化的半導體實裝用材料、具體的封止材料、可適用於多層配線基板的熱硬化性樹脂為中心,本次講座中也將一起探討其對應的高分子材料,由高分子材料的基礎,到最先端材料的開發設計為止,做詳細的解說。<br />
