    簡要自傳

      張原豪博士 (IEEE Fellow) 目前為中央研究院資訊科學研究所研究員(教授)並兼任副所長一職。同時為台灣大學合聘教授以及台灣師範大學榮譽特聘教授。之前在國立台灣大學資訊工程學系取得資訊工程博士學位後,於 2011 年 8 月加入中央研究院資訊科學研究所擔任助研究員。 2015 年 3 月升等為副研究員,並於 2018 年 6 月升等為研究員。研究興趣包含記憶體系統、儲存系統、作業系統、嵌入式系統與及時系統。目前為國際電機電子工程師學會會士 (IEEE Fellow),其貢獻為「致力於非揮發性記憶體可靠度提升」。

      張博士曾經獲得中央研究院「深耕計畫獎」(2022年)、109年度科技部「傑出研究獎」(2021年)、中華民國資訊學會「李國鼎穿石獎」(2018年)、徐有庠先生紀念基金會「有庠科技論文獎」(2018年)、中央研究院「前瞻計畫獎」(2018年)、中國電機工程學會「傑出電機工程教授獎」(2017年)、104年度科技部「吳大猷先生紀念獎」(2015年)、中國電機工程學會「優秀青年電機工程師獎」(2014年)以及科技部智慧電子國家型科技計畫成果「特優獎」(2014年)。

      張博士發表超過 100 篇研究論文,主要發表於頂尖國際期刊 (其中超過 50 篇發表於 ACM/IEEE Transactions,如 IEEE TIFS, IEEE TETC、IEEE TC、IEEE TCAD、IEEE TVLSI、ACM TECS、ACM TODAES 及 ACM TOS) 及頂尖國際會議 (其中超過 50 篇發表於 USENIX OSDI、ACM/IEEE MICRO、ACM/IEEE DAC、ACM/IEEE ICCAD、ACM/IEEE ISLPED、ACM/IEEE CODES+ISSS、ACM/IEEE EMFOST、ACM/IEEE CASES、IEEE RTSS、 IEEE RTAS 及 IEEE ISSCC),其中發表超過20篇論文於ACM/IEEE DAC,其中 DAC 在 Microsoft Academic Search 的 Hardware and Architecture 領域中的 102 國際會議中排名第 1 位。曾經獲得 3 次頂尖國際會議「最佳論文獎」(包含 ACM/IEEE CODES+ISSS 2022、ACM/IEEE ISLPED 2020 及 ACM/IEEE CODES+ISSS 2019),6 次頂尖國際會議「最佳論文提名」(包含 ACM/IEEE ISLPED 2023、ACM/IEEE ISLPED 2022、ACM/IEEE DAC 2016、ACM/IEEE DAC 2014、ACM/IEEE CODES+ISSS 2014 及 ACM/IEEE DAC 2007),2 次重要國際會議「最佳論文獎」(包含 IEEE NVMSA 2019 及 IEEE IMW 2018),以及重要國際會議 ACM/IEEE ASP-DAC 2016「最佳論文提名」。此外也獲得數十個美國及中華民國專利。

      張博士目前為 IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing (TETC) 的 Associate Editor-in-Chief,同時為 ACM Transactions on Storage (TOS)、ACM Transactions on Cyber-Physical Systems (TCPS) 以及 ACM Computing Surveys (CSUR) 的 Associate Editor。曾為 IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing (TETC)、ACM Transactions on Embedded Computing Systems (TECS) 以及 IEEE Transactions on Computers (TC) 的 Special Section 的 Guest Editor。目前為 ACM Special Interest Group on Design Automation (SIGDA) 及 ACM Special Interest Group on Embedded Systems (SIGBED) 的執行委員 (Executive Committee Member),以及 IEEE Non-Volatile Memory Systems and Applications Symposium (NVMSA) 的指導委員會成員 (Steering Committee Member)。他曾經擔任過 IEEE NVMSA 2017 的議程共同主席 (Program Co-Chair) 、 2018 的大會共同主席 (General Co-Chair)。同時曾經擔任過 IEEE Real-Time Systems Symposium (RTSS) 2023 以及 ACM/IEEE International Symposium on Low Power Electronics and Design (ISLPED) 2017 的當地事務規劃主席 (local chair)。同時擔任許多頂尖國際會議及研討論 (如 ACM/IEEE DAC、ACM/IEEE ICCAD、ACM/IEEE ISLPED、IEEE RTSS、IEEE RTAS、ACM/IEEE CODES+ISSS 及 IEEE ICDCS) 的議程委員。
