Abstract
In this talk, we shall first provide some basics of genetic interactions (GIs), e.g. some examples such as synthetic lethal (SL) properties. Examples of SL in yeast will be illustrated. Some computational approaches and statistical modeling to infer GIs using genomics data will be reviewed. The applications to probe biochemical pathways, such as obesity in human (a collaboration with INSERM, France), will be demonstrated.
