The three-dimensional structures of protein complexes provide information necessary to understand protein-protein interaction in molecular details. However, due to experimental difficulties, such information is available only for few complexes, giving rise to current interest in developing predictive computational methods. In this talk, I will review some recently developed approaches, progress, and challenges in this pursuit, and touch upon some of the efforts carried out in my lab.
