Dear Goichiro and Bo-Yin,

Thank you for your prompt response.

Please find attached the checklist of files to be submitted to Springer.

Each volume can accommodate up to 700 pages, so we will assign you seven volume numbers. You may then proceed with preparing the required files and documents.

According to our schedule, submitting the materials by October 20 should allow us to deliver the proceedings before AsiaCrypt 2025 begins. That said, we encourage you to submit the final manuscripts as early as possible to provide ample buffer time for any unforeseen circumstances if any.

Thank you and best wishes,
Celine

Subject: Re: ASIACRYPT 2025 -- LNCS: Okay!

Dear Dr. Chang,

Thank you very much for formally accepting the publication of the Asiacrypt 2025 proceedings.
We will proceed with the preparations as per your instructions.

We would appreciate your guidance and confirmation on the following points:

1. For each accepted paper, is it sufficient to submit the LaTeX source files, PDF files, and the copyright transfer form (IACR version), along with the front matter and the IACR logo?

2. The review process for Asiacrypt 2025 has already been completed, and we expect to publish 144 papers.
We are planning to allocate up to 30 pages per paper in the proceedings.
Therefore, the total page count is expected to be approximately 144 × 30 = 4320 pages, plus some additional pages.
Would this be acceptable?

3. At this point, we are planning to provide only the online version of the proceedings to participants during the conference.
In that case, as you mentioned, is it acceptable to submit all the files by October 20?

Thank you very much for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Goichiro and Bo-Yin

Dear Goichiro Hanaoka,
Thank you for your proposal regarding the publication of the proceedings of the 31st International Conference on the Theory and Application of Cryptology and Information Security (ASIACRYPT 2025) with Springer. We are pleased to inform you that, based on the information provided and our previous successful cooperation, we formally accept ASIACRYPT 2025 for publication as a Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) proceedings volume. We look forward to cooperating with you and your colleagues.
In accepting ASIACRYPT 2025 for LNCS proceedings publication, we expect that you will arrange a thorough and competitive paper reviewing and selection process to ensure that only high-quality papers are accepted for publication. The majority of papers to be published in ASIACRYPT 2025 LNCS proceedings should be full papers (12 to 15+ pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format); while short papers and poster papers (no less than 6 pages) should only make up selected papers to be published. The proceedings should fit with approximately 1~2 LNCS volume (between 140 and 700 pages), and all papers must be written in English. If there are any concerns about the quality of language, systematic support for the improvement should be made available.
Attached please find the formal acceptance note (8019_Hanaoka_ ASIACRYPT 2025_LNCS acceptance_note.pdf), which includes the information regarding authors’ instruction, templates, author’s code of conduct, etc. We kindly request you review this information carefully and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or technical issues.
The following files are also attached for your usage while preparing the proceedings: •                     Editor guidelines for Springer computer science proceedings •                     Author guidelines for Springer computer science proceedings •                     frontmatter_sample.pdf •                     LNCS_Conf_Terms.pdf

Information regarding free copies and the prices of additional copies can be found in the attached Conf Terms PDF. If you wish to opt for 4-week free access for the participants via the conference website, kindly inform us when you send us the files of the papers for publication.
Please send your files by September 29, 2025, if printed copies are required in time for the event, and by October 20, 2025, if only the online version is required in time for the event.
When you are in the process of collecting the final papers from the authors, please contact Celine Chang celine.chang at springer.com for a volume number. We’ve attached an example of a front matter, you can see in this our default requirements for details in the Preface and the structure of the Organization. The templates for generating the front matter are available from our website. The checklist of files we require for publication and the example of the labelled folders are included at the end of the editor guideline file (CS_Editor_Proceedings_guidelines.pdf).
Please note that we now offer the option of giving registered conference participants temporary free access to the online version of the conference proceedings on SpringerLink (http://link.springer.com ) via http referrer from the conference website. This option allows any participant to download an electronic version of the proceedings e-book (either as complete pdf or as individual chapters) before or after the meeting, depending upon whether the conference is pre or post publication. Please inform us if you are interested in this option when you send us the files for publication.
Information to Be Made Available to Authors We recommend that you announce publication of the proceedings in LNCS on your website and include the logo, which can also be downloaded from the bottom of the editors’ page. You may also like to link to previous ASIACRYPT proceedings on SpringerLink, https://link.springer.com/conference/asiacrypt , from your website. The book metrics available on SpringerLink give details on the number of citations, downloads, and readers at paper level and at book level.
Authors should consult Springer’s Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors’ page, for the preparation of their papers.
We request that you as conference volume editors draw the attention of the contributing conference paper authors to our Code of Conduct (https://www.springernature.com/gp/authors/book-authors-code-of-conduct ).
We wish ASIACRYPT 2025 a great success and best regards, Celine Chang
