1. Qualification of Congress Co-sponsor US$ 10,000
The name of Congress Co-sponsor will be listed on the banner of the main conference Room follows the name of Sponsors and Organizers. The names and the logos will be printed in the ABSTRACT BOOK, PROGRAMME and LIST OF PARTICIPANTS. Organizer will offer ONE billboard for each Co-sponsor which size is 3m x 8m and located at out of the Entrance.
2. Outdoor Advertisements
Billboard out of the Entrance (3m x 8m) (limited 6 pieces) US$ 2,500 / piece
Advertisement hanged on the balloon US$ 1,880 / piece
Advertisement hanged on the front wall of the Convention Center US$ 1,880 / piece
3. Advertisement in PROGRAMME or LIST OF PARTICIPANTS (Size: A4)
(1) Color page for advertisement
Inside front cover or inside back cover, US$ 750 per page. Back cover, US$ 1,000 per page.
Internal color pages, US$ 650 per page.
(2) Black and white internal page (in the back of the Book), US$ 400 per page.
4. Advertisements in ABSTRACT BOOK (Size: A4)
(1) Color pages of advertisement
Inside front cover, US$1,250 per page. Inside back cover, US$1,000 per page. Back cover, US$1,500 per page.
Internal color pages, US$ 750 per page.
(2) Black and white internal page (in the back of book), US$ 500 per page.
5. Supporting the notebook, pen, bag and gifts of the Conference, the names of the companies can be printed on them (IUPAC 40th Congress must be included). The types and styles must be confirmed by Organizer. The fee of them will be discussed.
6. Distributing the advertisement materials (must be distributed through organizer)
US$ 200 per company
7. Session Co-sponsor (limited two companies per session) US$ 5,000
The banners of Sessions will be made specially and put at the front of the session room. The name of Session Co-sponsor could be printed at the banner of the session and printed in the List of Session Co-sponsor at ABSTRACT BOOK. The sample will be offered by the Organizer one month before the conference.
8. Companies can use Session Rooms for information and workshop in the evening on 15 & 17 Aug. 2005. The fee of them will be discussed.
9. Qualification of Exhibition Co-sponsor (limited two companies) US$ 6,500
The name of the Exhibition Co-sponsor will be listed on the banner of the Exhibition follows the name of Sponsors and Organizers. The name and the logo will be printed in the PROGRAMME of the CONGRESS and INFORMATION BOOK of EXHIBITION. Each Co-sponsor can print an advertisement on Cover (75% space of a whole page) or Back Cover of INFORMATION BOOK of EXHIBITION and ONE billboard located at out of the Entrance which size is 3m x 8m.
10. Booths [ 9m2(3m x 3m): US$ 1,150 to US$ 1,500 ]
The cost includes one table, two chairs, one power supply, two shooting-lamps, guild words of booths, lunches for two persons in the period of Exhibition, one set of Congress and Exhibition materials. Offering two meal tickets of the Reception or Banquet FREELY. The position of the booths will be chosen by yourselves in proper order.
Organization Members of Chinese Chemical Society (CCS) will be offered 15% discount.
11. Advertisement in INFORMATION BOOK of EXHIBITION (Size: A4)
(1) Color pages for advertisement
Inside front cover or inside back cover, US$ 650 per page.
Internal color pages, US$ 500 per page.
(2) Black and white internal page (in the back of book), US$ 300 per page.
Note: The color separation films and the printed sample of advertisement must be offered by the company.
