1.      團隊不好意思，我們的確有重啟 server過，不過在今天到比賽時，如果有必要(非人為因素底下)真的非得重啟，我們一定會通知團隊(請團隊務比讓主聯絡人的電話保持暢通)，會個案處理

2.      如果遇重啟server，我們會個案處理，通知團隊上來進行確認

我們 Server 環境再 Virtual Machine 上
