將對話AI應用於製造領域：概念驗證開發

摘要
When applying conversational AI to the manufacturing field, we often encounter two challenges. First of all, voice is not always the most effective communication channel. Second, the performance of automatic speech recognition is lower than the normal environment, resulting in the accuracy of any downstream component is not as good as in the normal environment. In this talk, I will share our experience in tackling these two challenges in a proof-of-concept project with Intel Labs.
