A new concept and paradigm for building cybersecurity systems adequate to the threats of unauthorized decoding with the existing and predicted capacities of supercomputers and neural networks has been formulated. The necessity of the transition to the construction and use in modern conditions of cybersecurity systems that meet the formulated principles and provisions is substantiated. The developed theoretical solutions have passed scientific and patent examination (US Patent). The issue of creating a specialized scientific/ engineering laboratory at the National Technical University of Slovakia for the creation of industrial (commercial) products is being considered.
Prof. Khilenko is a graduate of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" named after. I. Sikorsky.
Ggraduated from the university program ahead of schedule, with excellent marks. Diploma with honors. During his studies he published 7 scientific articles in prestigious journals of the Soviet Union. In 1982 he received the medal of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the best scientific work of the young scientists competition. He defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Sciences and, in 1991, defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Science (Diploma of the Higher Attestation Commission of the USSR).
For 8 years he headed the Central Research Institute of Communications of Ukraine, for 1.5 years he was the rector of the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine. Currently, he is conducting scientific and pedagogical activities at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv) and at the Slovak Technical University (Bratislava). Author of more than 150 scientific papers and a number of patents (USA, Germany, Ukraine).
