Kachako: fully automated NLP system and ready-to-use NLP toolkit

摘要
Many new language resources (tools and corpora) have been made publicly available. However, it is not easy to use the resources even for experts; developers are required to spend their large amount of time for non-essential part of their work. I have been developing an integrated NLP system, Kachako, which aims to throughly automate as much human works as possible in NLP R&D works. Kachako provides a fully automated platform that performs combination, comparison/evaluation, parallel scalable processing, visual result analysis. Kachako also provides UIMA compliant compatible language resources ready to run in the platform. Multi-lingual and multi-modal support including audio processing, and integration of machine learning methods are ongoing. I will briefly introduce example applications of the system such as university examination solver, medical NLP (MedNLP), etc.
